»This call was very suspicious. He claimed that he was with a "locator group" and someone paid him to find me and give me their number to call regarding a "civil matter" and if I didn't call that they would "move forward" with the civil matter. I told him that he found me so he could give them my number to call me, he said I had to call them. I refused! He tried to convince me he was not a scam because he wasn't trying to take any info from me, but I told him that I'm not calling a strange number that could charge me for the call. He couldn't even tell me the agency trying to reach me or what the matter was regarding. I really think this is some type of scam. «
